  Every town has the good, go-to local pizza joint. In Swanton, it's Tano's. A local chain that bought out the very local Mr. G's, it offers much the same variety of pizzas and subs. Pretty much a can't-go-wrong sort of place.

  Ate Tano's for the first time tonight. Had my one year old son with me so I called ahead. They told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there in 18 minutes..pizza was ready 30 MINUTES AFTER THAT!!!

  Normally do not order from here do to horrible service. Just last night ordered cheese sticks. When I walked in the kid ignored me. Then a girl came up doing the same thing. I asked for help while she laughed and said sorry. Doubt I will order again.

  I am fairly picky when it comes to pizza, but I quite enjoy the Swanton location of Tano's Pizza. The deep dish crust is nice & chewy and the sauce has a nice flavor. They are a bit pricier than standard pizza parlors but the quality of their ingredients is definitely higher. You may be able to save a few dollars by checking out the coupons on their website, which is always a plus.
